1) Make sure that you have the latest version of Google Photos app If not you can update your Google Photos app from the play store.
2) Sign in to your Google Account, You can see all your photos in the Google Photos.
3) When you enter in the app you will see Four tabs below Assistant,Photos,Album album and Sharing, Select the Photos option and continue with the selected picture.
4) After opening the Photos tab, Select one photo which you would like to check in the Google Lens and then open it, After opening a picture you will again see four tabs, Select the Third one which is Google Lens.
Then the Google lens app will process your picture and inform you with the results about it. Apart from the Image Recognition the Google lens app will also detect the Text if the background of the text is suitable. Mostly the Google lens app cannot find the faces and human beings, So make sure to search for places like Important Monuments, buildings, Animals, Flowers, Check for something whose name and the place you are not sure about and take advantage of the Google.
In the Google I/O 2017 we have also seen that the Google lens app recognizes the Wi-Fi connection which means if you have a Wi-Fi router with ID you can just scan the Routers ID and you can access to the Password of that particular Wi-Fi connection.
